Step out to the back door for jogging. There is a footpath to nearby restaurants (East) or turn West to the large Winterpark Pool.

There is a queen size sofa bed in the den area (Florida Room) that can also sleep two people. There is also a dvd player and vcr, a stereo/cd player, and a tv in the living room.

In front of the entrance is a screened lanai and there is a small table with two chairs on it. There are also four other stack chairs (for the outdoors) that can be brought outside.

There is an answering machine at the pass thru bar, sand chairs and beach towels for the beach and of cause all the linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Location of this condominium in Winterpark: Jack Frost Court. It is marked.
There are 6 tennis courts with club house and the big wellknown Winterpark pool. In peak season many social events: Tennis league, Golf league, Poker etc.
