The following rental contract has been agreed between the landlord:

The landlord makes available for the tenant the fully furnished property located at:

for the period of: ______________ 3 p.m. thru: ______________ 10 a.m.

The amount of rent is US$ _______ for the period shown above and includes all

additional costs such as taxes, visitor's tax, local telephone calls, electricity, and

water. A maximum of ___ people are legally permitted to use the property.

Pets are not allowed.

The cost for application and to have the property cleaned at the end of the above

designated period is US$ ___ under normal conditions.

Please take good care of the property as well as the furnishings.

A security deposit of US$ _____ (10%-20% of rent) is required in addition and must be

paid six weeks before begin of rental. The security deposit will be used at the end

of the above mentioned period to pay for any additional telephone calls, damage to

the property or its' contents, with the remaining amount being returned to the tenant.

A down payment in the amount of US$ _____ (10%-30% of rent) is due at the time the

contract is completed / reservations made. The remaining amount is due 1 day

after arrival. Payment may be made per check in US Dollar or cash.

The tenant is required to pay 30% of the above agreed rental amount if the rental

contract is cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the period, and 60%

after 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the period.

Please pay attention when using stairs. They may be slippery.
