This Pool Villa is located in a lake community in beautiful
BERKSHIRE LAKES only a few minutes away from the Gulf Of Mexico its
endless beaches. Right outside this deamy complex you will find
the biggest and most modern supermarket in Florida.
Ambiente! Here you can fish in a lake, grill on the terrace or
just enjoy the peacefullness and clean air of the woods surrounding it.
Its one of the most beloved areas of Naples. Within walking distance
you will find free tennis courts and fishing. Golf courses and boating
also nearby.

cable televisions, washer/dryer and intercoms throughout the house.

overview continues the description form RADIO ROAD to the Villa 5198.
Go on RADIO ROAD (County Highway 856) in western direction
and intersect SANTA BARBARA. To your right you'll see
the Shopping Center 'Berkshire Commons'.
After approx. 600 feet you cross an other small street with
traffic lights.
Go ahead on RADIO ROAD for about 1500 feet and turn right
into DARTMOUTH DR of BERKSHIRE LAKES.
After approx. 200 feet turn left and go on LAMBTON LANE
which meander 3000 feet thru BERKSHIRE LAKES.
At a STOP sign turn right. It must be BELVILLE BLVD.
After a couple of feet you'll see on your left the Villa.
