We checked it! Distance to entrance of pool & club house is 900 feet (3 minutes walk)!
Condo 46509 is on the second floor of a two floor building. It is in a quiet street of the ORCHID FALLS complex, which is part of Falling Waters. Each condo has an assigned carport and parking lot. But there are also many guest parking lots available. A large swimming pool is within walking distance as are hard tennis courts. The interior of the condo is in excellent condition and extremely comfortable.

The west facing, screened lanai overlooks the lake with a fountain from which you can enjoy the sunset. There is a second lanai on the other side of the condo - east facing. It is very pleasant to have breakfast on this balcony enjoying the morning sun.
